London, UK, December 2, 2022 – Cognia has appointed Joanna Oomen as their new Legal Delivery Manager for Intelligent Review.

Cognia has appointed Joanna Oomen as their Legal Delivery Manager for Intelligent Review. This area spans a wide offering ranging from managed review and AI modelling to litigation services.

Joanna joins Cognia from Paralaw, where she worked with multinational and FTSE100 clients as a compliance and risk delivery manager. Having previously run several businesses, she brings a unique combination of commercial acumen, leadership skills and project management experience as well as legal expertise with a particular focus on data privacy and GDPR.

Joanna sat as a magistrate in the criminal and family courts prior to being called to the Bar in 2017 upon qualifying in 2016. She holds a degree in Environmental Science as well as Criminology and Psychology.
